I've been waiting for your response from the two postings that I have created but still no response up until this point. According to your Q&A items are shipped out within the 24 hours of receiving the payment and it has been more than 3 days and items are still not shipped out according to my account.
If I don't hear back from you by the end of this week or items not shipped out until then,
I will be requesting for a refund.
When the refund request has also been neglected then my next step is to contact my bank to open a dispute regarding this case.
